According to the wikipedia site, Photoscape is a photo editing software developed by MOOII Tech, Korea.
The basic concept is "Easy and Fun" It aims to facilitate the users find it easier to edit photos, either through the digital cameras, and camera phones.
PhotoScape also provides a user interface to perform additional sederahna public photos including color adjustment, cropping, resizing, printing and animated GIF.
